Returns & Refunds policy:

If you would like to return a product, no questions asked, Shivani Nandini Designs will charge you a 15% re-stocking fee. 

You can request a return only within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Products need to be returned using your own courier in its original packaging so there is no further damage of products during transit.

Please write to us at idiscovermystyle@gmail.com, or call us on our support numbers, and we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags.

The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Shivani Nandini Designs in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.

Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.

It takes 3-5 working days for us to refund once the product reach us in the good condition.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
